Aerie/ Auxiliary and JOE 3204:
I thank the membership of the Aerie for the continued confidence and support in allowing me to once again take on the role of Aerie President.I believe we will have an eventful and enjoyable fraternal year.
Our first opportunity to show that we are “People helping People,” hits us going into Father’s Day weekend.The Eagles State convention will be held from the 18th of June through the 20th in Virginia Beach, and we are looking forward to many visitors to our Aerie home.Of course, there are many areas where help will be needed, so please offer some assistance where you believe you may feel comfortable.

So to conclude, I not only plan to “roll up” my sleeves for a year of ongoing events, but I also encourage ALL Aerie, Auxiliary and JOE members, family and friends to also “roll up” their sleeves and let’s get some great work done!!!!

The Aerie congratulates all the Aerie Members who have accepted Officer chairs for the 2009-2010 Fraternal year. As we enter a new fraternal year, I ask all Aerie 3204 to fully support our Officers, thereby continuing our commitment to be a “CAN-DO” team, and being Virginia’s ‘BEST OF THE BEST’. Also, remember, Installation of Officers is Saturday, 30 May 5:00 PM.

Permission and Authorization was granted by the Aerie at a regular business meeting on February 19th, 2009 to attempt to START up a RV Club.
You don’t have to have a Recreational Vehicle, Camper, Trailer, Tent, or even a Sleeping bag to join. (Meetings as needed)
You DO have to be a MEMBER of the Aerie or Auxiliary. (It could be other than 3204)
Once a year we will do a “EAGLE STAMPEDE” to a AERIE parking lot for a over nighters. (Voted on by the RV Clubs membership)
Once a Year we will do a “CIRCLE THE WAGONS” at a Camp Ground some where in the USA. (1st night menu: D’s & B’s and each Camper present bring a dish)

Membership Dues will be $10.00 a Year (per unit) and these funds will NOT be used to buy gas for the Clubs President RV, but will be used for Admin stuff as voted on by the RV Clubs membership.
The Club Officers will consist of a President, Secretary/Treasure and Road Hog:
President: Elected by the membership, responsibilities: Get a place, time, dated to hold a meeting. Run the meeting. (That’s All !!!!)
Secretary/Treasure: Elected by the membership, responsibilities: Take notes at ALL meetings, Responsible for all Club Funds, Notifying all members of up coming events.
Road HOG: Elected by the membership, responsibilities: Road Maps for trips, GPS address data, Emergency Road mishaps, Cell phone a MUST.
