3204 RV Club

Permission and Authorization was granted by the Aerie at a regular business meeting on February 19th, 2009 to attempt to START up a RV Club.
You don’t have to have a Recreational Vehicle, Camper, Trailer, Tent, or even a Sleeping bag to join. (Meetings as needed)
You DO have to be a MEMBER of the Aerie or Auxiliary. (It could be other than 3204)
Once a year we will do a “EAGLE STAMPEDE” to a AERIE parking lot for a over nighters. (Voted on by the RV Clubs membership)
Once a Year we will do a “CIRCLE THE WAGONS” at a Camp Ground some where in the USA. (1st night menu: D’s & B’s and each Camper present bring a dish)

Membership Dues will be $10.00 a Year (per unit) and these funds will NOT be used to buy gas for the Clubs President RV, but will be used for Admin stuff as voted on by the RV Clubs membership.
The Club Officers will consist of a President, Secretary/Treasure and Road Hog:
President: Elected by the membership, responsibilities: Get a place, time, dated to hold a meeting. Run the meeting. (That’s All !!!!)
Secretary/Treasure: Elected by the membership, responsibilities: Take notes at ALL meetings, Responsible for all Club Funds, Notifying all members of up coming events.
Road HOG: Elected by the membership, responsibilities: Road Maps for trips, GPS address data, Emergency Road mishaps, Cell phone a MUST.
